Our son, Ryan T, had requested your company's service to pack and move his spa prior to him moving his household goods to storage. Ryan is leaving for a one-year tour to Afghanistan. Your company's staff was so very gracious to decline accepting payment for their services. I know how much this meant to Ryan, as well as to my husband and I (as we were there helping him prepare to move). I just wanted to thank you very personally for your generous gesture.
