To Leisure Lifestyles,
Our son, Ryan T,
had requested your company's service to pack
and move his spa prior to him moving his household
goods to storage. Ryan is leaving for a one-year
tour to Afghanistan. Your company's staff was
so very gracious to decline accepting payment
for their services. I know how much this meant
to Ryan, as well as to my husband and I (as
we were there helping him prepare to move).
I just wanted to thank you very personally for
your generous gesture. It is reassuring to find
wonderful folks like you who show their appreciation
of our military. Thank you and have a most wonderful
new year.

Dear Gary, I just want to give
you a brief note of thanks for your assistance
in the selection and installation of our spa.
Please pass on my appreciation to the young
men who actually delivered and installed the
unit. They did an exceptional job and it was
a pleasure working with them. Marilyn and I
have already enjoyed using the spa quite a bit
and I look forward to using it in the cooler
weather to come later in the year.

It is very refreshing, especially in today's
world, to see that there is still people in
business who truly care about the needs of the
customer as opposed to just aquiring that dollar
bill.

Matt. He stayed long after the crew left to
make sure we were completely satisfied; and
in addition to that he gladly returned the following
day to assist us further. He is truely an asset
to your company.
